I was involved in the development of online portal for the customers which are
alreadu on-board with the comapny. The objective of this portal is to reduce the
dependence on the account manager, this allows the account manager to devote
more time to productive work rather than spend time on transactional activities.

In my previous company when I joined, all the revenue was being generated from
one city alone (Mumbai), I worked hard in different territories to expand the
business geographically. BY the time I had left the company to do my MBA we had
expanded to four new cities (Gandhinagar, Aurangabad, Pune and Latur)
