Comparison of The Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest to the Ahlcon school and the Bhaktivedanta school. There wasn't much similarity between the grandparents as in the Netherlands all sorts of subjects were taught and in India only languages were important to learn. With the parents there was more similarity as in both the Netherlands and in India they needed to do a lot of writing work.

Comparison of The Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest to the Ahlcon school and the Bhaktivedanta school There wasnt much similarity between the grandparents as in the Netherlands, all sorts of subjects were taught and in India, only languages were important to learn. Furthermore in the Netherlands school for grandparents was pretty strict whereas in India the attendance wasnt even checked. Although discipline was important in both the countries schools. With the parents there was more similarity as in both the Netherlands and in India, they needed to do a lot of writing work. Also, in the PE lessons mostly wellknown sports were taught. Nevertheless, there was a big difference in the fact that in India boys and girls went to school separately and in the Netherlands they were all mixed. For our generation there is even smaller difference between the schools as all subjects are taught and attendance is checked and boys and girls are mixed in school in both India and the Netherlands nowadays. The difference is almost only still in the way we get to school, the Indian students mostly walk to school, while in the Netherlands cycling is by far the most popular way. Reflection We think what went well in doing this project with the interviews and the comparisons is that we all three performed our own part and worked together well to set it up like it turned out. We think that next time, we need to have a clearer plan how to structure all the information into a overseeable end doc.
