weve simply got really cool cars, a great team and highly motivated dealers The new Audi Q2 is the best
example of that! Our youngest Q is quite an extrovert with its own character. And its a genuine allrounder: a car for the city a car for everyday driving and for leisure activities.
We are entering a new market segment with the Q2. Compact premium SUVs are important for us: They
are extremely popular and will push our growth.
Audi is the most popular premium SUV brand. Nearly every third Audi is a Q model. And thats why Im
convinced the Audi Q2 will also be a success.
We have developed the Audi Q2 specifically for young customers. for people who are always on. This car
will give them a new entry into the world of SUVs.
And thats not all! We have big plans for the Q2: Its perfect for new mobility services. But today, let me
keep it short: an Audi, when I want and where I want. In brief: Audi on demand.

what you have seen here on stage from our connectivity showcase, is truly Vorsprung durch Technik live
and on air. Smartly getting around with destination sharing, listening to more than 2,000 radio stations via
streaming services and web radio, google online search and navigations cards updated over-the-air twice a
year this compact SUV offers everything our customers expect from a connected premium car.
An embedded SIM card, the so-called eSIM, makes all of this happen.
We often say: The car of the future is the best mobile device And here it is.
What else makes the Audi Q2 attractive? Its characteristic look and feel, its comfy interior - both designed
for additional individualization. And it offers a lot of space for up to five passengers and their luggage.
The Audi Q2 is a true quattro sporty, dynamic, efficient and a maximum of driving pleasure guaranteed
while technologies from the top segment offer an optimum of safety. For example, the variable digital
cockpit that is easy to operate by the driving wheel. Or the head-up display that projects data straight to
the drivers visual focus. And of course, there is the full portfolio of our driver assistance systems.
All of this makes the Audi Q2 unique. In the world of the compact SUV, this automobile is a class of its own.

welcome at Audi in Geneva. We decided to debut our new, agile city-crossover right here. Geneva is one of
the cities with the highest quality of life worldwide! Living in the city is becoming more and more popular
among young people. The new Audi Q2 specifically addresses that new, urban lifestyle. The city brings
people together. People who like to be connected. And in the middle of all that: the Audi Q2.
It is the coolest digital device in modern, mobile everyday life of our generation Y. A small SUV with the
right outfit for the city. And I am one of the biggest fans of this outfit.
This Audi addresses a new, young target group: They wants to stand out from the rest through design. They
place priority on premium products. And being online is essential.
As of today, 90 percent of our innovations are based on electronics: sensors and digital assistants, leading
to more driving intelligence. The Audi Q2 is a master of real-time information and quick reactions.
Superfast in the Internet, including Twitter. The Audi Q2 can enter and leave parking spaces by itself. And
in traffic jams, it even steers by itself for a short time. All of that is a foretaste of the era of piloted driving.
My personal highlight about the Audi Q2 is the creative team that demonstrated a lot of passion and came
up with this unusual car for young customers.
Once again, our people have succeeded in inventing a completely different Audi. I am very proud of our gogetters and lateral thinkers. And thats why we bring them up here on stage now everyone on the Audi
Q2 development team being in Geneva today.
