Bridal Show Rules & Regulations


50 % percent deposit is due with contract. Include a cheque postdated for December 15th t 2016 for the balance due.
Please have all contracts in by December 15th 2016. Contracts received after January 5th 2017, will have a $25.00
administration fee. NOTE: There are a limited number of exhibitors per category and many fill up quickly. Booths
will be assigned on a first-come- first-served basis.
Cancellation If you are unable to fulfill your obligations as a vendor and have to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel after January 15th 2017, the final payment is not refundable. If any products or services have
been delivered at the time of cancellation payments for such must be made in full.

Limits of Liability The I Do Shop takes the utmost care when planning the show. However in the event that the
show fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to an event or act (includes acts of God or Nature) which
prevents the Bridal Show from taking place, the shows liability to the exhibitor shall be limited solely to a refund of all
money paid by the exhibitor to the show, and the exhibitors sole remedy shall be receiving a refund of all money paid
by exhibitor to the show.

Insurance, Loss and Liability The exhibitor agrees to carry at least one million dollars in liability insurance. Bridal
Show will not be liable for injury caused by exhibitors. The exhibitors agree to indemnify and save harmless, the
event, its producers, management and its employees from and all claims, causes of action and suits accruing or
resulting from any damage, injury or loss to any persons, including but not limited to persons to whom the exhibitor
may be liable under any Workers Compensation Law, and the exhibitor themselves from any loss, damage, cause of
action, claims or suits for damages or merchandise, caused by arising out of or in any way connected with the exercise
by the exhibitor privileges granted herein.

Booth Selection Booths will be assigned by show staff and will be on a first-come, first serve basis. Exhibitors will
discover their booth location when they arrive on set up day. We also reserve the right to reassign an exhibitors booth
location if necessary. No booth sharing is permitted. Only one business is permitted per booth as well as their display
and marketing materials.

Exhibitors are responsible for the set up and tear down of their booth(s). Set up is Friday February 26th (times to be
determined). Doors will be locked at 8:00pm Additional time to set up will be from 8:00am to 9:30am on Saturday
February 25th 2017. Tear down will begin at 5:00pm when the doors close.
The Bridal Showcase host has the right to ask the vendor to immediately remove products or services from their booth
that are not approved.
Dcor and displays should not extend more than 2 above the top of the booth nor 1 from the front of your booth. You
should not block your neighbouring booths. Please keep within the confines of your booth space.

Exhibitors may also have a draw at their booth. Exhibitors must provide their own draw boxes and entry slips for their
booth draws. Exhibitors are responsible for the distribution of their own door prizes.
All garbage, food, and drinks must be removed from your booth at the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in
additional clean up fee of $10.00

Exhibitor Cooperation Exhibitors agree to conform to the Show Rules and Regulations as set out in the exhibitor
package. Exhibitors will treat show staff with common courtesy at all times. Bridal Showcase will not tolerate verbal
or physical abuse or behaviour. If the exhibitor is unable to control their conduct or the conduct of their employees or

Show Sponsorship and Grand/Door Prizes


Are you interested in helping to improve the show and get more people through that
door? We are looking for Show Sponsors who are willing to donate product or
services. We are looking for businesses to donate for the Door and Grand Prizes as
well as lend your expertise and services for show Marketing materials, D.J. Services,
Photography, Cakes. Being a Show Sponsor has some great benefits please see
details below.
The Sponsorship deadline is December 15th 2016. Be sure to send your company
logo in jpg form ASAP to theidoshop@gmail.com
One Carat ($0-$100) Benefits include: logo on website with free link, and
company mentioned in online media (FB, Twitter) pre and post event.
Two Carat ($150-$250) - Benefits include items from One Carat as well as:
company mentioned during the fashion show; logo advertised on show signage at
front door, free bridal bag stuffing -100 items due January 15 th 2014.
Three Carat ($250-$500) - Benefits include items from One Carat and Two Carat as
well as: mentioned in all major advertising such as: radio ads, on-site radio during
event, newsletters, outdoor advertising, an upgrade in booth size to a 10FT X 12FT

exhibitors.

Each business is responsible for providing their own M.C. for their
product/services. (There will be a M.C to open and close for each business
taking part in this fashion show.)
Each business has 1 hour of time on the stage to show and promote their
business. (50 outfits maximum, 10 models minimum)
Each business must supply models for stage time.
Please use time wisely. Be sure to avoid delays during your stage time.
