Me dirijo a usted en respuesta a su Nota del 05 de Marzo de 2010 (TRI N° 13260/2010) y a sus solicitudes de importacién temporal de aves ornamentales (canarios y psitécidos, entre otros) procedentes de la REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA (TRI N° 19802/2010), REPUBLICA DE CUBA (TRI N? 13261 y 13270/2010), REPUBLICA DE CHILE (TRI N° 13256/2010), REPUBLICA DE ESPANA (TRI N° 19805/2010), REPUBLICA DE FRANCIA (TRI N° 19810/2010), REPUBLICA DE ITALIA (TRI N° 19790/2010), REPUBLICA DEL PERU (TRI N° 13258/2010), REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA (TRI N° 19801/2010), REPUBLICA FEDERATIVA DE BRASIL (TRI N° 1980/2010) y REPUBLICA ORIENTAL DEL URUGUAY (TRI N° 13254 y 13268/2010), para participar del 49° CAMPEONATO ARGENTINO y el MUNDIAL HS. de CANARICULTURA y ORNITOLOGIA 2010, a realizarse del 06 al 18 de Julio en el Predio Ferial de la Flor, ubicado en la Ciudad de Belén de Escobar, Provincia de Buenos Aires. Al respecto cumplo en informarle que, considerando el cardcter internacional del evento a realizarse y la temporalidad de las citadas importaciones, asi como el procedimiento previsto para aplicar en el evento, esta Direccién de Cuarentena Animal considera razonable otorgar su autorizacién, quedando supeditada la misma al acabado cumplimiento a las normas y procedimientos vigentes al momento de sustanciarse la debida solicitud de importacién. En tal sentido, le informo que la normativa sanitaria a cumplir para con las citadas importaciones deberé ajustarse a lo establecido en los “Requisitos Sanitarios para Ia Importacién de Aves Ornamentales Silvestres, de Captura y/o procedentes de Establecimientos de Cria a la Repiblica Argentina (m1011_bis_2” (cuyo modelo le adjunto).. En este orden de ideas, debo informarle que esta Direccién se encuentra elaborando un Procedimiento a aplicar para con el desarrollo del 49° Campeonato Nacional y Mundial 2010, el cual una vez sustanciado le sera comunicado y de cumplirse las exigencias alli dispuestas, las aves a las cuales se les autorice su importacién podrén ser remitidas directamente desde el puesto de frontera de ingreso a la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA hacia el predio propuesto y autorizado por este Servicio Nacional. INFORMACION GENERAL The animals object of trade, and all documentation concerned, must comply with the “REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF IMPORT OF LIVE ANIMALS AND/OR THEIR REPRODUCTIVE MATERIAL INTO THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC’, established by SENASA Regulation N° 1354/94. Los animales objeto de la operacién y la documentacién respectiva deben ajustarse a la "NORMATIVA PARA LA AUTORIZACION DE LA IMPORTACION A LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA DE ANIMALES VIVOS ¥/0 SU MATERIAL REPRODUCTIVO” establecidas en la Resolucién SENASA NO 1354/94, y estar amparades por un Certificado Zoosanitario de Origen emitido por la Autoridad Oficial. ‘The animals must enter the Argentine Republic being covered by a Veterinary Certificate issued by the Veterinary Authority of the Country of Origin, which must include detailed information about the ‘exporters identification and the sanitary conditions established by this Requirements. Influenza Aviar: prueba de aislamiento viral en huevo embrionado, o técnicas de biologia molecular (RT-PCR), a partir de hisopades oro-faringeos, cloacales y/o de heces frescas (solo para aves pequefias). Neweastle Disease: viral isolation in embryo chicken eggs or molecular di PCR) through oro-pharyngeal, cloacal and/or fresh fecal swabs (fecal swal small birds), Enfermedad de Newcastle: prueba de aislamiento viral en huevo embrionado, 0 técnicas de biologia ‘molecular (RT-PCR), a partir de hisopados oro-faringeos, cloacales y/o de heces frescas (solo para aves pequefias). Avian Clamidiosis: detection of Chlamydophila psittaci 's antigens by ELISA test or detection of sequences of Chlamydophila psittaci 's DNA by molecular techniques (PCR), through conjunctival, choanal and/or fresh fecal swabs. Psitacosis/Ornitosis: deteccién de antigenos de Chlamydophila psittaci mediante prueba de ELISA, 0 deteccion de secuencias de DNA mediante Reaccién en Cadena de la Polimerasa (PCR), sobre hisopados conjuntivales, de coana, cloaca y/o de heces trescas. 6.
