Sir/Madam:
My client, JUANA DELA CRUZ, a resident of Putik, Zamboanga City, has
referred to my Office for appropriate action your continuous and persistent failure
and refusal to deliver to her at her residence a stereo unit, a DENON RCD-N7
CD RECEIVER. It is recalled that a salesman of your shop, ABC Electronics,
sold to her said stereo unit for P20,000.00 evidenced by a receipt issued last
December 1, 2015.
Notwithstanding full payment by my client of the total purchase price of the
merchandise, you have yet to comply with the delivery of said merchandise to
her residence. Since full payment of the total purchase price of the merchandise
has already been made, you are now under obligation to deliver the same to the
address she gave when the sale transpired. This formal demand is hereby made
on you to deliver the stereo unit, within five (5) days from receipt hereof,
otherwise, I shall be constrained to take the necessary and proper action for the
protection of my clients interests. Please spare yourself from paying attorneys
fees by complying with this demand within the period so provided.
