I am able to read and write, both in English and Spanish. I am computer and Internet literate. It was a wonderful experience for me. I did not win the title of Miss Indiana Latina 2013 but I did win Miss Congeniality Latina 2013. The title was awarded by the other contestants who they though was the most helpful, friendliest, caring and nicest contestant in the pageant. WORK EXPERIENCE AMG PROPERTY MGT, LLC July 2014-Present I am bilingual leasing agent for AMG Property Management. I run future prospect tenants applications by doing credit score check, rental verification, and employment verification. I also set up showings for any prospect tenants, answer any inquiries that they might have, take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and reply to emails prospect tenants send. BI, Inc. 2012-2014 BI is a monitoring center for people who are in home incarceration. At BI I work as a Bilingual Monitoring Specialist, do both inbound and outbound calls. I also did data entry which consisted of enrolling people in our system, putting in schedules, and changing information on clients profiles. People would call in about issues they are having with their electronics and we would try to troubleshoot, help with connections, and try to solve issues over the phone. At MCL I operated the cash register, was a Team Lead, waitress, and line server. I opened/closed cash register and balanced out drawers for restaurant. As a Team Leader I was able to do manager duties such as making sure food on the line was looking fresh, run to the bank, supervise employees, and if there were any issues try to solve them.
