EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY AND GOAL

In my classroom, I believe in hands on, minds on learning. I am an energetic, insightful, and
resourceful teacher who is dedicated to helping children identify and enhance their unique
potential for academic and personal achievement. My role as a teacher is to give children the
tools with which to cultivate their own sea of knowledge. To accomplish this goal, I will teach to the
needs of each child so that all learners can feel capable and successful. I will make learning real,
authentic, and meaningful to each student so they have the tools to believe in themselves and
become successful in life. I have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passionate desire to
learn and grow in the educational field.
