What is technology
integration and why
use
itintegration
in classrooms?
Technology
is a hot topic in the education
system and has been for a while now. Technology
integration is utilizing technology in everyday
curriculum as a supplementary resource. Technology
has begun to become more advanced and easier to
use for a wide variety of individuals and it is time that
classrooms begin to reap the benefit as well.
Huneycutt (2013) stated that benefits of utilizing
technology are that the students are able to focus
longer, more excited to learn challenging material
enables individualized learning pace and prepares
students for the future. Students are able to utilize
technology in a way that lets them learn by trial and
error while utilizing web searches or research for a
