Mostly projects regarding cryptography, random number generators and
factorization
• Created a set of successful random number generators in C, C++, Java and Perl
that could pass the DIEHARD tests
• Used some of these RNGs to produce keyed encryption software
• Currently developing a approach to factorizing large numbers, using Perl to
analyse data

• Tasked with cross-checking resolved complaints in two customer complaints
databased: received and handled
• Wrote an SQL program that interfaced with Microsoft Access to automate
checking, indicate which records needed to be checked by hand due to ambiguity,
and minimise repetitive by-hand checking
• Used these results to speed up by hand checking
