Soccer Dribbling/ Control

# Of students: 15-20 Students

Equipment and Facilities: 25 Cones, 20 Soccer balls,


2 Hula Hoops, 10 Poly-spots, 10 pinnies

Safety Considerations: There are a number of safety


considerations for this lesson. Students will be on a
green space that is uneven and running around at
moderate speeds. The space must be closely
monitored, and large pothole areas should be
avoided. Students may be susceptible to tripping on
free roaming soccer balls.
Lesson Specifics
Behavioral Contingencies: 1 verbal warning, 2 sit
Previously Learned Skills: It will be assumed that

row 100% of the time.
Cognitive (C): The student will be able to accurately explain the importance of soccer dribbling
control and why it matters in gameplay.
H-R Fitness (H): The student will be able to maintain MVPA for 50% of the lesson.
