SCHOOL COUNSELING CORE

CURRICULUM ACTION PLAN

Goal

Safety of the students is a top priority at Reilly. Based on the CPS 5essentials Survey results,
safety was rated weak from students and school faculty. In addition, there will be a 20% decrease
in behavior incident reports for the 2016-17 school year.
The goal for 2016-17 is for a total of 30% of the graduating class to attend Selective Enrollment,
Military, Magnet, or IB high schools.
Based on the NWEA, and ISAT tests, Reilly elementary school will a 10% increase in all age
groups of students that will meet or exceed the standards.
