AMENDMENT TO PRETRIAL ORDER

On February 5, 1998, the United States filed the agreed Pretrial Order. The

deposition designations from the depositions of William Langley and Hugh

Zimmermen were inadvertently dropped from Section VIII of the Pretrial Order as

part of the plaintiff’s trial exhibit list. Attached is a list of the deposition

designations, which should be inserted after plaintiff’s Exhibit No. 51, on page 25 of

the Pretrial Order. Counsel for defendants has no objection to the amendment.
