String Theory and Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Biology Support Dualism
String theory is the closest probable candidate for a theory of everything that exists to
date. For those unfamiliar with string theory, it is a reliably understandable theoretical
framework of the subatomic world of particle physics. In addition to providing a quantum theory
of gravity.. The main ideas behind it are that the entire universe and all objects in it are made of
strings called filaments and membranes of energy. The filaments and membranes vibrate at
different rates giving rise to the different subatomic particles. These are then manifested in a 10
or 11 dimensional universe or multiverse that includes the four dimensions we are most
acquainted with. While there are differences in the mathematics of the smaller dimensions of the
10D and 11D (also known as M-theory) they are both well calculated.
The Standard model of particle physics describes the fundamental building blocks of nature
and the forces through which these blocks interact. There are 12 basic building blocks that are
classified as fermions (quarks and leptons) which have supersymmetry with bosons (particles of
force). In supersymmetry you have the standard particles and their super-partners (e.g. graviton
and the gravitino). The six quarks are named up, down, charm, strange, bottom and top. The six
leptons include the electron, and the heavier muon and tauon, in addition to three neutrinos.
Bosons are the particles of force and include photons (through which electromagnetism occurs),
gluons (through which the strong nuclear force acts), the W + and - , and Z (through which the
weak nuclear force acts) and gravitons (through which the effects of gravity occurs). Where the
standard model falls short is reconciling gravity with the quantum world here enters string
theory.
In order for a 10D or an 11D string theory to make contact with the real world it must be
compactified. Compactification is the separation of the different dimensions into smaller and
larger components from a stable or metastable ground state which usually has supersymmetry.
This symmetry is broken as the compactification proceeds. The super-partners of the standard
particles now have different masses from that of their partners. Moduli fields, which determine
the size shape and metrics of the smaller fields such as the 6D Calabi-Yau, of the 10D take on
definite values resulting from their stabilization in the ground state. They then determine
interaction strengths and the masses of gauge Bosons which mediate the standard model
interactions. As the compactification occurs, and the supersymmetry is broken the gravitino
becomes massive. This mass then sets the scale for all the other super-partners in the moduli.
This is the most probable explanation for gravity in the subatomic world and leads to testable
predictions about dark matter.

String theory predicts all of the known forces that the standard model describes, but
addresses and explains the existence and abundance of dark matter in the universe. The author
and his collaborators proposed a test for mapping out a non-thermal history of the universe using
string theory. This non-thermal history allows for the formation, dilution and regeneration of
dark matter as the universe cools due to decay of moduli that dominate the universe after the big
bang. In contrast to the standard model thermal history in which the universe is radiation
dominated after the big bang and all that occurs is cooling. Dark matter only arises from decay of
super-partners present after the bang occurs, which does not account, for the abundance of\dark
matter in the universe. It has been theorized that the neuro-melanin in our bodies plays a similar
role to the dark matter in the universe. It facilitates the formation of the nervous system and
allows for coordinated communication to occur throughout the body. In conjunction with glial
cells, mitochondria, and
Here enter quantum consciousness and the evolution of life. Based on recent findings
from the fields of quantum physics, biology, chemistry, neuroscience, genetics, and information
theory consciousness is a fundamental principle in the universe. It is the conscious observer that
is responsible for the collapse of the quantum wave of possibility into actuality. Without
consciousness the quantum collapse responsible for the subatomic processes of life to occur
would be impossible. The collapse requires that consciousness be in existence before the material
world to bring it about.
This places consciousness as the organizing principle for information. Information being
the systematic organization of energy to bring about matter, it is the process through which
consciousness can take on form to create matter. So there is a chemical level consciousness The
chemical consciousness sets the stage for the biological processes to occur, which give rise to
organisms with varying levels, degrees, and experiences of consciousness. All things are
conscious on some level supporting ancient ideas of panpsychism.
That consciousness is outside the material realm helping it to come about we can assume
that from the still point consciousness evolved out of itself into itself to become everything in
existence. This process allows for the collection of information in the form of genetic
information, and cultural information from all animate organisms to experience the non-animate
aspects of creation which experience physicality at only the level of chemical organization and
physical contact. Thus the mind becomes the agent of natural selection. We higher organisms
have been gifted with our abilities to analyze and take an active role in the level and amount of
information and the depth of that understanding to affect our mental and physical bodies which
all report back to the prime consciousness. Consciousness thus is the organizing principle of the
interconnectedness of all things in existence.

We as human beings are even more unique in that our specific physical configuration
allows for housing a piece of the ultimate source of consciousness. To our knowledge we are the
only sentient beings that have the capacity to create life and affect the living world with the level
of intentionality we have. That we even speak of things in the afterlife and debate the origins of
our existence. Our unique ability to study life from the micro-level of subatomic particles, to
protons, neutrons and electrons, the chemical realm, the world of the virus a piece of RNA or
DNA which is really just chemical but organizes itself and is able to respond to the environment
in ways that promote its survival. Not only do we study the micro but the macro world we live in
and beyond to the cosmos. We also study ourselves and have the unique ability t look into the
inner workings and organizational levels of matter. We examine our internal worlds through selfreflection and experience many things that cant be explained based on materialistic ideology.
That we even are able to debate this type of stuff lends to something unique about us.
What sparks this chemical organization to begin to live we dont know but if something
so small carries a spark its possible what we carry is even more of that divine spark. So much so
we can communicate with and through it to call ourselves to be more and become active in our
evolution. The soul is thought to be that part of us that is eternal and nonphysical. It is the part of
us that longs for deeper experiences and meanings and closeness, wholeness, and oneness. It
allows us to not only live by natural physical laws but to implore us to develop laws for the ways
in which we use our individual and collective prowess for affecting life and matter. Things from
we which we have been created and operate under, but have the ability to effect and/or affect the
proliferation of. That ability requires responsibility and accountability. The soul keeps y=us
accountable to the divine consciousness that is supreme at level of manifestation.
