CRAB PASTA SALAD

cup low fat sour cream


cup low fat mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey mustard
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
tsp salt
tsp black pepper
12 ozs small shell pasta
1 lb crab meat
cup diced red and green bell peppers
cup chopped green onions
In small bowl combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, honey mustard,
dill, salt and pepper. Refrigerate dressing until ready to use. Cook
shells. Drain well. Rinse under cold water and drain again. Transfer
pasta to large bowl. Add crab meat, peppers, onions and dressing. Mix
well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add little curry to dressing tbsp if desired.
