with the nameof theViceMayoraltyCandidate ofTalisayDennis
Basiloteimprintedonit,approachedmeandtoldmethatIshouldnot
createnoiseformybosswouldstillloseanywayinthiselection.She
further told me to wait for she would call CTTODA members to
apprehendme.Almostimmediatelyaftersheleft,ateamofCTTODA
arrivedatmyplaceandsurroundedme.Then,somebodyintroduced
himself as the Acting Chief of CTTODA whom I later knew as
VenerandoTecsonandheaskedmetogetdownfrommyvehicleand
whenIinquiredwhatwrongdidIdo,heinturnaskedmewhobacked
meupwhyIamactingsoarrogantly.Hethenarrogantlyaskedmy
driverslicense.Irefusedtogivehimmylicenseandaskedagain
whatIviolated,ifany,buthefuriouslylookedatmeandforcedmeto
give my license. I was left with no recourse except to follow his
demandsforIwasafraidtheymightresorttoviolence.Thereafter,he
forciblytookthekeyofthevehicle.Hesnarledatmeinaskingwhere
istheCertificateofRegistrationofthecar,andtookitalongwithhim
aftertellinghimwhereIplacethesame.)
