We have received your recent emails complaining about Senior Assistant Attorney
General Lauren Noether and Michael Bedard. We will not be conducting an investigation of, or
charging either Attorney Noether or Mr. Bedard.
As you know, members of this office have attempted to communicate with you and Mr.
Pellino in an effort to try to understand the issues you are raising. However, you have refused to
cooperate in those efforts and refused to recognize the legitimacy of the mail sent from this
office or the email responses that I have sent. Because of that, we will not be responding to any
future correspondence from you.
