2. Chediak higashi fatal; large lysosomal vesicle
- Bleeding, bacterial infection, immunodeficiency, albinism, neurologic
- LYST gene
- Lymphohistiocytic infiltration
- Large lymphocyte granules in PMD, monocyte and lymphocytes
3. May Hegglin
- 4 overlapping plts disorder:
- MHS, SBS, FS, EPS
- Asymptomatic, few, bleeding,
- MHS, SBS, FS = large basophilic granules
- FS, EPS = nephritis and deafness
- MHS, SBS = renal dx
- Dohle like body random rod in amorphous BG
- Dohle bodies lamellar rows of RER ( neutrophil)

1. Pelger Huet decrease in segmentation of neutriphil
- Common genetic WBC disorder
- Mutations in 1q41-43

- Laminopathy muscle dusterophy and premature aging
