STATEMENT OF MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
FOR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Manager of BARANGAY PADANGITAN is responsible for all the information and
representation contained in the accompanying Balance Sheet as of December 31, 2015 and
related Statement of Income and Expenses and statement of cash flows for the period then ended.
The financial statements have been prepared in conformity with generally accepted state
accounting principles and reflect amounts that are based on best estimates and informed
judgment fwith an appropriate consideration to materiality.
In this regard, management maintains system of accounting reporting which provides for
necessary internal controls to ensure that the transactions are properly authorized and recorded,
assets are safeguarded against authorized use or disposition and liabilities are recognized.
