SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

SPOUSES ________, both of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of
_____________________, do hereby APPOINT our daughter ___________, of
legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and with residence at ______________________, as
our true and legal representative, to act for and in my name and stead and to perform
the following acts:
1 To sign, execute, submit and receive all the documents pertinent to the
purchase of a property situated at _____________________ covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No._________ and the release of the new
certificate of title in our name;
2 To process the transferring of title/registration of said property in our name
and to register the sale/purchase of said property;
3 To pay any kind of tax due to effect the transfer of title of the said property;
4 To represent me and transact business with the Registry of Deeds, Land
Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessors Office,
and other government offices or agencies in all matters relating to the
foregoing power;
5 To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary or
incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given;
HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to execute and perform the foregoing power and acts, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do it as if I was personally
present.
