Frscedurer

Divide the class equally into two teams. Have each team fcrrm a line.
The* place a PFD by the feet of the first person in each line. At the
signal, the first person in each line should pick up the PFD, put it on
properly, run to a designated place, return to the starting point, take off
the PFD, and give it to the next teaflt meilber. The relay coffinues until
each person on each team has had a turu. The first team to finish wins.
After the relay, discuss the difficulties encountered in puttiilg on the PFD
corectly. If there is qime, repeat the relay anct see if the students' skills
have improved.
