MANIFESTATION OF WITHDRAWAL
OF ALL THE CASE ROLLOS OF CASES WITH ENTRIES OF JUDGEMENT

COMES NOW, Our client, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable court,
most respectfully states that;

By virtue of a letter address to the undersigned counsel, a notice of disposition informing

that the case rollos of the cases with Entries of Judgment that had been decided in the year 1981
to 1989 shall be disposed of in accordance with the Supreme Court Approved Guidelines under
the Administrative Order No. 170-2008 and the Internal Rules of the Proper Disposal of Case
Rollos of the Court of Appeals (A.M. No. 09-7-06 CA)
In view of the foregoing, it is respectfully requested that these case rollos that has been
Decided in 1981 to 1989 are to be withdrawn from the archives of this honorable court as
compliance from the said notice of disposition address to the undersigned counsel.
Accordingly, it is respectfully prayed that private complainant be furnished copies of all
pleadings, orders, and notices relative to the instant case at the address above-given.
