It is with great honor to write a letter of recommendation to Shawn Flynn for the Athletic Director
Position. Over the past four years, I have been fortunate enough to work under him as his Girls JV Coach in
2011, before taking over the Campbell Girls Basketball Program in 2012. During this time Shawn continued to
be active in assistants within the Campbell Girls Basketball Program, as well as served as a Camp Director for
Nike Basketball Camps of New Hampshire. His dedication, loyalty, and leadership qualities not only to
Campbell High School, but to the community of Litchfield allow guidance to success in all walks of life, not just
athletics.
Shawn Flynn has been dedicated to the Litchfield Community and District since the opening of
Campbell High School in 1999. While establishing the Girls Basketball Program from the ground up, he has
been able to build the winning traditions that we are so fortunate to have at Campbell High School. It is truly my
belief that Campbell High School would not be as successful as it currently is without the hard work in which
Shawn Flynn puts into this school district every day. Both his teaching and coaching styles allow for numerous
forms of differentiated instruction, which open dynamic opportunities for those who may not get a chance
otherwise. Shawn is also well established throughout the State of New Hampshire, between his coaching
successes and sitting on numerous committees, his presents in NHIAA would be welcoming.
It is with the highest regards that I write this letter of recommendation for Shawn Flynn for the Athletic
Directors Position. His knowledge and experience will allow the tradition of great athletes, awesome students,
and great people walking through the halls of your school to continue as an everlasting experience. If you have
