The reporting party. advised that Justin Kirby Walker was last seen at the UME concert that was held at the Schlitterbahn Waterpark on Friday night 3/18/2016. Justin Walker was last seen walking out from the U.M.E. concert at 2:30 AM on Saturday. He was wearing a Navy blue tribal shirt from Zumiez, dark shorts, Nike Janoski shoes, and a black hat with the word Primitive written in red lettering. He has a faint scar over his right eye lid. He is a white male 5’9” with brown hair and green eyes with no tattoos and weighs 175lbs. On Sunday morning: Cameron County Park Rangers were able to locate Justin Walker’s vehicle inside Isla Blanca Park near the tent area.
