Lesson 3: Blog A Day in the Life of an Ancient
Egyptian

Students create a blog (based on information from
given sources) about how a young person living in
Egypt would live, their housing conditions, their
work etc.

**Additional Task creation of Avatar of their
made up character** NOT ASSESSED IN RUBRIC!

Curriculum Code : Create literary texts that
adapt stylistic features encountered in other texts,
for example, narrative viewpoint, structure of

Lesson 4: Booklet/Poster of Egypt (for assessment
by teacher)

Compilation of their project- adding in their mind
map for display of info (lesson 1), their timeline,
and their blog.

They could also display their additional tasks.
