Dear Mr. Palomo,
Greetings! The Reaction would like to continue the decades-old tradition of being
the mouthpiece of UST ChES, and thus, we would like to propose to your good office
the following budgetary requirements to keep our publication active this academic
year. Last year, due to budgetary restrictions, we were forced to accept the fact that
we were only able to release our issue online. ChES President Ann Christine Baual
advised us to send a budget proposal at least one month before the target release
date, and thus weve sent this letter even before the academic year has started.
The amount we are requesting is already the best (and most economical) value that
will allow us to publish two (2) issues this academic year.

Rest assured that these expenses shall be disbursed honestly and with full
transparency. Any excess funds shall be immediately returned to the ChES. We are
