- The main organs of the Female Reproductive System are ovaries, fallopian
tube, uterus, cervix and vagina.
- Ovulation is the process of releasing eggs or ova from the ovaries.
- Fertilization is the union of the egg and sperm in the fallopian tube.
- Menstruation is the monthly process of discharging blood and unfertilized
egg from the uterus/womb.

The class recalls their lesson about the changes undergone by boys and
girls during puberty.
The teacher/s instructs their pupils to place the strips on the appropriate

B. Lesson Proper
1. Presentation
Using the PowerPoint presentation, the teacher/s discuss about the parts
of the female reproductive system as well as the processes that takes
place in the system.

What are the parts of the Female Reproductive System?
What do we call the monthly process of discharging blood and unfertilized
egg from the uterus/womb of females?
What should a girl do and should not do during her menstruation?
What is the term that refers to the union of a sperm and an egg cell?
