Student Learning Goals (List desired learning goals, and your plans to meet them, for the next clinical
experience. Goals should be based on identified performance issues and the desire for new knowledge and
experiences.)
I would like to still work on improving my hands on nursing skills with different equipment
Improving my SBAR reporting in head to toe format when saying it out loud
I really learned a lot from this clinical experience and I feel it really helped me to make connections and
understand what is really going on with my patient and all the different factors that contribute to their
conditions. I would like to continue to improve in this area so that it feels like second nature.
Faculty Comments/ Student Learning Goals (**If an item was identified as N or U, narrative comments are
necessary to clarify student performance**)
I saw a lot of growth in your skills and your confidence this rotation. You increasingly gave better details and
made more connections each week. Your paperwork started out as great and then showed your ability to go
above and beyond as you included numerous assessment findings and details. You were always thinking very
holistically and you developed strong nursing diagnoses. Your concept map was well planned out and had
great connections between your comorbidities and primary diagnosis.
