traffic supply and demand, parking layout, entrances and exits and their ramps, vehicle circulation
(inside basement and around building) and pedestrian circulation.

Detailed cross section showing existing and proposed pavement section, in addition to connection

detail of existing and new pavement and the interface between the basement and the road.

Detailed drawings showing all the external building features like ventilation shafts, planters, special

lighting, flag poles or others, ensuring they dont obstruct and/or conflict with public realm and
ensuring the pedestrian path connectivity.

Detailed drawings showing the proposal of utilities relocation resulting from basement extension and

ramps (if exists), including the approvals from relevant utility Authorities.

Town Planning Department approval for the basement extension.

Traffic Sign & Road Marking Drawing showing details of Type, Size, Location, Colour and Orientation;
