Executive Summary

Rudys is a family friendly, soul food cuisine restaurant. Soul food comes from the African
American community right here in the United States, the term comes from cuisine created by
slaves in the South. Slaves got the leftovers of their slave owners food and crops, and cooked and
flavored the leftovers, to provide tasty and nutritious meals to their family. As time moved on,
African American families across the United States have been making soul food for their
families, trusting the next generation to keep the food good tasting and authentic. I want people
to experience soul food and get some exposure to the food that brings African American families
together.

which there main strengths consist of the restaurants overall soul food cuisine. In
which it is known to provide a casual dine in or take out. With a price range that
averages out between $11-30 dollars for an entire entre with sides included. One
of their main weaknesses would be that this restaurant is not open 7 days a week
Following along with the second location that is known as Bottleys Barbeque
located at 2210 country club Blvd. Stockton, Ca 95204 area. This restaurant is
located within 3.5 miles of Rudys with a BBQ southern style cuisine. In which their
main strengths not only consist of the menu prices that averages around the
amounts between $ 12-16 dollars an entre. But there unique selling point focuses
more on their bbq techniques.

restaurant is more leanant towards the American cuisine. This restaurant is located

service. Considering the fact that this restaurant is a casual dine in style with
selected options of the day. In which this restaurant doesnt define the menu item
prices for the guest.
