How would you feel if you knew that you are
drinking dirty water? Well, water pollution is making the
water that we drink dirty and contaminated, like recent
events in Michigan where pollution was partially blamed for
the led pipes getting rusted and contaminated the water
supply with led.The whole reason why Im informing you
this is because water holds a great source of oxygen, and
if the water is getting polluted the fish will begin to die
because of the lack of oxygen in the water. The ocean,
lakes, ponds are homes to many wonderful ecosystems,
and if we are polluting it we are destroying those
ecosystems.

what is the problem/topic

Water pollution is the main reason why fishes are dying, and why birds are dying from trash that
are found on the shore. For example in September 4, 2013, 220,000 pounds of fish that were
poisoned were scooped up. This means that the pollution from us, the people, are killing these
innocent fishes. In addition some people are doing this on purpose and know what the cause is
doing, but they arent doing anything about it. According to another source an oil spill near the
refugio state beach in the year 2015, have deposited 142,800 U.S. gallons of oil. Which means
the oil have gotten on the birds. This reveals why the birds have gotten more sick throughout
the year. Furthermore other animals are dying because of the food chain, now that the birds
gotten ill from the oil the animals eat those birds and become sick too. With the combined
information we had gathered can tell us what the cause of water
pollution.

what is causing the issue

Water pollution is being caused by sewage being dumped into lakes,
ponds, and even the ocean, it is also caused by agricultural runoff,
which is water leaving farm fields because of rain, melted snow, sleet
which pick up pollution along the way. For example big companies
pollute the air, but they also pollute the water, such as Williams energy
which has managed to spill 250 barrels of mixed natural gas liquid,
which somehow found its way into the water way. This Means that other

big companies are doing the same thing as Williams energy has been doing, as the old saying
goes monkey see, monkey do. Furthermore the companies are well aware of what they are
doing and think they can get away, well most of them think that. There can be other ways the
water can polluted. Such as the flint water crises in michigan, that is not caused by big
companies dumping pollution, nor is it agricultural runoff, but the led pipes are the one causing
this kind of pollution to happen. This reveals that not only is water pollution is caused by nature,
nor man, but accidental. Thus, the combined evidence provides us with a better understanding
of what the cause of water pollution is.

Water pollution can have a huge impact a
environments. For example it can impact the
water environment because there is toxic
compounds in the ocean and trash, it can also
have some harm towards marine life making
the water acidify. This reveals that the
pollution in the water can have a huge impact
on the ocean acidification which go past Ph 7
which can kill the the animals that live in the
ocean. There could also eutrophication
towards the water which could kill the
ecosystem below. For example if sewage or
toxic compounds get in a lake or pond moss
would grow over it, causing the ecosystem
below to fail. This reveals that the man made
pollution can do some harm towards
ecosystems. Thus concludes this section by saying that pollution can cause harmful ecosystem
failures.

Water pollution towards global communities can have a huge impact. For example if some
ecosystems are failing then another might too and food and water supply might drop down,
because of this failure. Furthermore it shows that if the water is polluted both marine and land
animals could die from it, which would mess up the ecosystem, both predators and prey would
drop if this continues and spreads. Thus would tell us that food and water supply could go down
if this continues.

Water pollution can affect our
health the same way it affects our
personal hygiene. For example the
water supply is contaminated then if
we drink, bathe, or brush our teeth it
would enter our bodies and mess it, as
well as cause hepatitis. This reveals
that water pollution can cause harm
towards your health. Water pollution
can lower our life expectancies, if
water pollution goes into our water supply.Furthermore this can open peoples eyes
towards the problem if they can see what it is doing to them. Another example is
that it cause diseases and disease like symptoms. Which could reveal that water
pollution could be undetectable most of the times. In conclusion to this paragraph

solutions
our current solutions to water is not litter our plastics and
trash. For example if the trashes we produce all went into the
ocean at the same time we would have no ocean. This reveals
that the people arent doing their job as peoples of the earth
and not cleaning the earth. The trash can do the most of the
most towards the ocean. For example the ocean is big but still
can kill the majority of the life on earth. This can show that the majority of life is in
water. Thus concludes this paragraph by saying recycle your trash, and plastic.

There are new solutions for water pollution that group is
coming up with. For example our has came up with
spreading awareness for water pollution. This reveals that
people will show more attention towards water pollution
than they used to. Another example is to pick up trash and
recycling. Which can show real improvements towards the
earths ocean. This can conclude this paragraph by telling
us that with more help, the earth can be a cleaner and more
functional.
