    Year One:

    I will acquire a full-time job in an inpatient rehab setting.


    I will become an active member of NOTA to network and learn from experienced
    therapists.

    Year Two:

    I will take on level I and II fieldwork students.


    I will attend the AOTA conference at least every 2 years.
    I will take continuing education courses to maintain my AOTA membership.

    Year Three:

    I will become board certified in physical rehabilitation.


    I will teach continuing education courses in physical rehabilitation.
