Choosing from the theoretical perspectives discussed in class about individual development, create a collage of your own personal development. Include social trends and current issues, cultural norms, gender expectations, values, familial and relational impacts, roles, and various social institutions that have influenced your decisions growing up and how you envision yourself in the future. The goal is for you to introduce yourself as an individual in progress to your classmates. You are encouraged to be as creative as possible: Use different types of materials for your poster, put pictures or magazine cut-outs, draw on itthe skys the limit! Whatever you think best represents you, go for it! Just a note on your resources: If you are using images or any content from books, magazines, Google, and the like, dont forget to cite using an APA format. You are to put this list of sources at the back of your poster. We will have a show-and-tell activity in class, where we can know more about one another in a fun way! How will you be graded?
