(4 forehand and 4 backhand), then
everyone rotates. Third person on
each side of the court stands
behind each baseline self-rallying
while flipping the racquet over and
back.Player tries to crouch, sit then
stand back up while self-rallying.
(If too easy, get them to lie down
after sitting) Rotation is a half
court, clockwise rotation. Rotate 3
times so that every player has a
chance to do each role. (Refer to
Diagram 3)
