To
Whom
it
May
Concern:
I
am
contacting
you
in
regards
to
the
Business
Technology
Teacher
position
that
is
open
at
your
school.
As
you
will
see
from
my
resume,
I
have
recently
completed
my
student
teaching
internship
and
I
will
soon
finish
my
first
year
of
teaching.
My
educational
background
in
Business
Education
at
the
University
of
Arkansas,
along
with
my
professional
experience,
makes
me
an
excellent
candidate
for
this
position.
Throughout
my
internship
and
my
first
year
of
teaching
I
have
created
challenging
and
engaging
lessons
for
each
of
my
classes.
Each
day
before
the
students
leave
my
class
they
are
given
an
exit
slip.
This
slip
allows
me
to
assess
what
they
learned
in
class
and
can
also
motivate
the
students
to
relate
the
content
back
to
their
own
lives.
The
next
day,
after
I
have
looked
over
all
of
the
exit
slips,
students
and
I
will
discuss
them
and
I
will
answer
any
questions
they
may
have.
This
assessment
tool
and
other
learning
activities
are
implemented
daily
in
my
classroom.
I
have
worked
with
the
Microsoft
IT
Academy
and
proctored
Microsoft
Excel
and
PowerPoint
certification
exams
in
Computer
Applications
I
and
II.
Each
day
I
create
a
post
on
Edmodo
or
Google
Classroom
that
contains
the
goals
for
the
day.
Students
can
then
log
into
their
accounts
to
view
the
post
and
access
any
files
I
may
have
attached.
I
feel
that
one
of
my
strengths
is
building
relationships
with
the
students.
I
attend
many
events
outside
of
the
school
and
attend
field
trips
as
the
FBLA
adviser.
I
believe
that
the
good
rapport
I
have
worked
to
establish
with
the
students
at
Heritage
High
School
and
now
at
Western
Grove
High
School
will
also
carry
over
into
your
school.
If
you
have
questions,
or
if
you
would
like
to
schedule
an
interview,
please
contact
me
at
(870)
688-2189.
I
look
forward
to
meeting
with
you
to
further
discuss
this
employment
opportunity
at
your
school.
Sincerely,
Katherine Grice
