Dear Atty. MARCILLA:
Good Day!
We are the SPS. JUANITO AND CECILIA DEL CASTILLO who bought a parcel of
land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-18455 registered in the
name of the RURAL BANK OF NARRA (PALAWAN) INC., which was under the
liquidation of the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).
We bought the said parcel of land by virtue of a Deed of Absolute executed, in
our favor, by Mr. ADALZON P. BANOGON, the Vice President for Asset
Management and Disposal Group of the PDIC. A copy of the said deed of
absolute sale is hereto attached for your reference.
In connection thereto, we are now in the process of transferring the title in our
name. At the present, we are now at the stage of complying the documentary
requirements of the Office of the Register of Deeds for the Province of Palawan.
To effect the transfer of the above mentioned title in our name, the Register of
Deeds required us to submit the following documents, to wit:
(a) Certified true copy of Board Resolution authorizing the sale of the
property (TCT No. T-18455);
(b) Certified true copy of Board Resolution conferring to Mr. ALDAZON P.
BANOGAN his power or authority to sign in the deed of sale of the said
property (TCT No. T-18455); and
(c) Certification from the Board Secretary as to the passage of the said
resolutions.
Thus, we are respectfully requesting for a copy of the above mentioned
resolutions and of the corporate secretarys certificate in order for us to effect
the transfer of title of the property (TCT No. T-18455) in our name.
For the purposes of processing our request, we are authorizing our daughter
LIEZEL DEL CASTILLO MUNGCAL to facilitate the herein request and to receive
the above requested documents, upon availability, in our behalf as it financially
burdensome for us to process the same personally considering that we are living
here in Quezon, Palawan.
We are hoping that this request will be timely granted.
