esters provide a smooth afterfeel, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple. Schercemol* DISM ester also acts as a binder to the powder system.

**This formulation was developed using regionally supplied surfactants. The specific surfactants used may

Procedure:
1.

PART A: Mix PART A ingredients until uniform.

2.

PART B: In a separate vessel, pre-blend PART B ingredients and heat to 55 60C.

3.

Add PART B to PART A and mix well until homogenous.

4.

Add PART C ingredients one at time. Mix until powder is uniform.
