Is is going to be short because we have so much to do today to prepare
for Christmas this week. Alright so here is the dealio: Ever and Mari: They did not come to church yesterday and we were not able to see them this past week. We are trying to continue their new member lessons. Keep praying for them that we can know how to help them. Augustina: We are trying to see her once a week now so we can get her coming back to church. She did not make it to church yesterday either, but little by little we know that she can come back. Familia Caballero: Their records are in another Ward even though they live in our Ward boundaries. That seems to be a HUGE problem here in Utah. Members attending wards outside their Ward boundaries. There is a lengthy process starting with your Bishop to the Stake President then to the First Presidency for approval. We are reading the Book of Mormon with them. Familia Augilar: They are a new family we found and we are teaching them tonight! Let you know how it goes next week! Familia Perez: The mother is a long lost member of the church, but her husband does not want her or the children attending the LDS church. He is a die hard, go only to church on Christmas and Easter, Catholic. So that is sad. We are waiting to hear from her to know if she talked with her husband about us teaching her, and not the children. Vero: She went to the emergency room this week because she is very sick. She sounds like she is getting better. We went to church with her twelve year old daughter Haily on Sunday! What a beautiful lesson! Gia is almost nine and she is not yet baptized and her Bishop wants us to teach her so she knows the basic doctrines of the gospel. In other news . . . It has been officially announced that we will be hosting the Provo City Center Open House every other week with the Sisters from the Provo Mission! Ah! So EXCITING! I have had the wonderful opportunity to be apart of two temple open houses and opening a new mission! Can you say the Lord has blessed me?! Ah! Here is a picture!
