Competency based questions using STAR (Situation, Task, Action,
Result)
Add some sample questions that you think you may get asked at interview. Noting just the key points of your
answer, not the full script, will help you to recall what you need to include should a similar question be asked.
Remember, over-scripted or rehearsed answers may come across as insincere and lacking in spontaneity. Worse still,
you may not answer the exact questions youve been asked on the day.
