IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1.

This clearance is NOT a permit to marry but merely a

canonical interpretation based on documents presented, that
the applicant is able to marry in the Catholic Church. All the
other pre-matrimonial arrangement including the decision to
allow the parties to marry will be done by the priest (s) in the
parish.

2.

A clearance obtained by perjury or by fake documents is

useless and could affect the validity of the marriage. In simple
terms, there is really NO MARRIAGE, even if there is a
marriage ceremony performed.

3.

Parishes in the Diocese of Novaliches have been instructed

not to accept and/or schedule marriages involving divorced
foreigner/Filipinos unless and until they first get a clearance
from the Chancery office of the Diocese. The reason therefore,
of time pressure or omnia parata is not justified reason to
give clearance.
