    BOLERO ISP

    FITMENT/DESIGN FAILURE

    ISP is fitted perfectly on FR door.

    To check collision: We put a coin on an ISP, but


    it is found ok.

    But during placement, fitment team must ensure


    ISP is placed on a center if placed front or
    backward then collision will happen.

    If placed front or backward this will overlap on filleted surface which produce collision.

    ISP is not placed on RR door.

    Due to circular/filleted profile, collision is happen. (i.e. ISP is collided with door)

    ISP is not fitted completely, due to circular profile.


    We observed a gap of 4 to 5 mm.

    Part is fitted properly due to beading.
