Update for AE (from OUR):

Due to the sheer volume of students that might come to AE, we

will prioritize according to OUR's prerogative.
August 3: Only Old Freshmen, Graduating and Senior standing will
be accommodated in your respective colleges
August 4: Only Junior and Sophomore Standing will be
accommodated in your respective colleges
August 5 - 7: Everyone will be accommodated.
All features will be online up until August 7.
If you can access S1, please get the following immediately:

We will try to keep systemone.uplb.edu.ph
or sparksone.org online but if enlistors can't connect as well, we
will have to shut them down and just give access to enlistors.

Here's an update:
Online registration will still happen until today.
Starting Monday, tomorrow Aug 3. Enlistors will assist you all in
enlisting/cancelling/swapping your slots at AE. They can also finalize
it for you there.
Systemone might be available only to Enlistors (we are still checking
our systems)
AE will be extended up to Aug 7.
Please bring the following:,
your ID
a copy of your mini-checklist (you can get them from us by giving us
a support ticket at uplbregteam.freshdesk.com with a pic of your ID
and a header: "Copy of Mini-checklist") starting 2:30pm
If you want to add recommended courses, max units and +1 units,

get the approval from your college secretaries before going to AE.
