Doctrine of past performance

The topic entitled to me was section section 53-A of transfer of property 1882.
The objective behind choosing this topic was to find and study the rights,
liabilities and to know the applicability of this section along with the case laws.
Past performance doctrine is an equitable principal that allows a court to
recognize and enforce an oral contract despite its legal deficiencies.The research
methodology adopted in this project is Doctrinal; data which are used for this
project are primary sources like statutes and case laws and secondary sources
like books.
