It must deliver promptly so that the

It should sell either goods, goodwill or
both, or pave way for the business
transactions.
It is a business letter.

6 Cs of Business
Communication

Correctness
Refers to the absence of any stumbling
block in any part of the letter.
Poor spelling, careless letter layouts,
haphazard punctuation, defective
grammar distract and clog the flow of
thoughts.

Conciseness
Refers to the importance given to each word in
the letter. Ideas in the letter are contained in
few words only.
Brevity
