Dear Sir,
As suggested by your goodself we are submitting our most
reasonable quotation for the maintenance of Door Closer and
door floor springs at your Hotel premises.
There are 61 numbers of Heavy duty double action floor springs
and 89 No of concealed and normal type door closers.

Our maintenance charges sum of Rs 3500/- per month

spare parts shall be charged extra.

Our representative shall visit your premises twice in a

month during the contract period for necessary inspection,
repair and adjusting.

Extra visit shall be charged the same rate.

We shall submit our bill for payment and request you to

pay it within 15 days.

Our contract i.e shall be valid 1 years and shall be

renewed as per your instruction.
