Name of Organization: Nurses for Those in Need
Vision Statement: Our vision is to increase access to health care
screenings and health promotion services in the greater Big Rapids
area.

Mission Statement: To provide basic health education and services to

those who lack adequate resources and to encourage community
support and involvement.

Philosophy: Our philosophy is that all people deserve access to health

services and screenings regardless of economic standing or financial
status. These services will be provided through university involvement
and community volunteers with a focus on providing opportunities and
experiences for student nurses. We will strengthen the community
though helping those in need and raising awareness of health
promotion services.
