Meet Registration
Online registration is required: www.coacho.com
Refer to athletes invitation packet for instructions.

Meet Registration Fees Online:

The non-refundable registration fee of $75.00, plus the
surcharge for each applicant will be due by midnight
(MST), Sunday, May 29, 2016. (Late registration is
available with additional surcharges). This fee covers the
sanctioning and liability insurance requirements under
the USATF; and the cost of your state competition jersey.
Meet Check-in:
Check-in will be held at the MCM Elegante Hotel,
the GSWT&FC designated Meet Headquarters. The
registration at Check-in fee is $90.00 plus a processing
fee of $5.00.
Deadlines:
Saturday, May 21: All official application forms and or
phone entries must be received by your State Selection
Chairperson. You may update your marks by phone,
email or Fax.
State Eligibilty:
One competes for the state where one attends
high school.

Sunday, May 22: The General Selection Chair will

determine the athletes to be invited based upon entries
received by your State Selection Chair. Each state is
guaranteed two invited finalists in each event, with the
remaining athletes to be determined by the best marks
of entries from all participating states. Each states relay
teams will be selected by the State Selection Chair.
Saturday, May 28: Midnight: Both finalists and alternates
must confirm acceptance or non-acceptance by phone,
Fax, or E-mail to their State Selection Chair
Sunday, May 29: Invited athletes not confirming will
be dropped from the meet, and alternates who have
confirmed will be notified by phone, Fax, or E-mail as
vacancies occur.
Confirmation Deadline: 5:00 PM (MST)
Selected finalists and alternates will be notified of their
invitations by phone, Fax, or E-mail.
Friday, June 3: Mandatory check-in 9:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
at Meet Headquarters, MCM Elegante Hotel.
Saturday, June 4: Mandatory check-in 8:00 a.m.-noon at

Track Location and Information

Albuquerques mile-high elevation and abundant sunshine create an exhilarating outdoor arena for spirited competition at UNMs world class facilities
The track consists of an eight-lane, all weather Versa turf surface outside; inside, a natural grass surface with multiple
jump and throw areas.
The UNM track stadium seats 6,000, with a spectacular view of the Sandia Mountain range.
Nearly perfect training conditions exist, with daytime highs in the 80s; Nighttime lows in the high 40s; and relative
humidity at 30%.
