What?

Eight races, rolling schedule,

Order of events:
1 mile, 100, 800, 4 X 100, 400, 200, 4 X 400, 2 mile
Fast, all-weather track with accurate (?) hand timing.
No fee, no awards, just fun & great competition!
Water and Gatorade will be provided.
Runners and race walkers of ALL ages and abilities
are welcome to join us.
We have had runners aged 5 to 82.
No pre-registration: just show up and race!
