I was never involved in Mightyloots. It was a spoof off bundlecult while Samuel went his way
- how you can explain that our offers are on your site?

I only accepted Mightyloots was a success and ran with the same theme we originally created to support multiple OS
- will we get paid for the last promo?

I dont know how much is owed but I will do my best to make sure of it. It will definitely involve borrowing funds on my
parts but its a risk I may have to take.
With answers to these questions we possibly can discuss any cooperation.

Good Day Mr Monroe, Mrs Rixon, Mr George, Mr Mayer and Mr Mike

I am Dan Kingsley, Co founder, now "self proclaimed" curator at Macbundler,
First off, i hope you are aware of news circulating about Macbundler and its sister site: Mightyloots. If not, see it here:
http://www.macnn.com/articles/16/04/04/dan.kingsley.emails.macnn.to.refute.claims.but.more.questions.arise.133329/
My attention has only recently been drawn to this promotion scandal with Macbundler.
I honestly did speak to Mr Julian mayer about it, but seeing i havent done business with him in the past, It felt a little
like blackmail.
On behalf of Myself, our Founder, Samuel and Isaac, our sales guy (he really was just a trained freelancer),
I want to apologise for the mis appropriation of funds that were to be sent to you in promotions dated August
11 and 30th of 2014.
I have gone through our emails to not only select participating developers but also gain knowledge of the scale of the
situation involved in the Migthyloots scandal.
According to the emails, funds from the promotion were seized by payment processor and licenses were supposedly
returned to you.
I do not believe this part to be true. Licenses submitted to us are to be accounted for once promotion begins.
and I hope you hear me out.

My choosing to walk away from this scandal after being made aware, brands me as completely Fraudulent.
But i wish to reconcile our differences starting today.
It goes without saying that It takes years to build a Trust that can be destroyed in a single day,
I want to re-build on the ashes Macbundler has left behind hoping to create a much stronger bond connecting
developers and affiliates we work with to our markets most important needs.
For now, our April Mac promotion has been put on hold because i wish to work with 3 - 4 devs involved in that
Mightyloots promotion to lessen the burden and generate funds within a 15 day promotion.
The scale of the amount owed is a bit too much for me to carry but I will try, promotion after promotion.
(the public only has a high estimation on the amount I actually make after royalty payments and cost involved).
But My deal is I will request no more than reasonable licenses(~100) released to us in advance for those same apps.
During the first week of our promotion, I MUST pay off a reasonable amount previously owed + funds generated so far
into the promotion.
On this basis ONLY will more license keys be release to Macbundler.
Its not a solid plan yet, Its an idea i have to move past this issue at hand.
Developers i have personally worked with since becoming active (Cocoatech, Sparkle, Edovia, Global Delight,
Ergonis,1periodic, 71Squared to name a few) can testify:
I always make payment FIRST before we discuss about more licenses.
I promise to send you Paypal PDF Sales report on your request
and I keep to the terms of my signed agreement or else I should be held responsible for the communities
reaction.
This is my general apology on behalf of Mightyloots. This domain would be taken off Macbundler servers once i fulfil
my end of our agreement.
Bundlecult, the initial idea from which mightyloot stems, is MY project to consolidate Mac, PC and game deals.
I wish to do the same for game developers hurt under us (Cuve games and Littlefish devs.) when I can be successful
this April in making amends.
Kind Regards,
Dan

DanOr is Samuel Kessington? or is it Isaac Cruz? Sometimes its hard to keep up with your multiple aliases.
Were you aware that you sent our company nearly the exact same email back in 2014. You remember
that, dont you? When you EMBEZZLED our proceeds, as well as several other companies, from a
bundle that AMAZINGLY, you have kept on your new web site - bundlecult.com.
So, Dan"are you ever going to pay us our proceeds?
I hope I can.
I wonder if your instructors at East Anglia would be interested in your illegal scam site operations
(mightyloots, bundlecult, macbundler, etc)? I suspect they might be.
I wonder if StackSocial and some of the other affiliates you work with would be interested to know of
your past dealings and that they are associating with an EMBEZZLER? What about the Mac
community? Ive ccd some of the other companies you RIPPED OFF last year so we can all be on the
same page with your response. Additionally, if you think that we are just going to go away, you would be
clearly mistaken. I can safely say that if you come out with another bundle on this site we will, most
assuredly, be contacting the participating developers to let them know what to expect from you. We

know who you are

We await your response and when we expect to get paid.

Hello,
I am Dan Kingsley from bundlecult.com. Bundlecult curates and sell mac application
bundles. We are a trusted retailer with experience in bundling applications of over 5 years
with our sister site, Macbundler (www.macbundler.com).
We would love to have your app: Macjournal take the final spot in a pay what you want
bundle grid of 10 apps. The pay want you want model works in the same way as the
popular humble bundle (www.humblebundle.com). This would give your app exposure to
a wide audience and extra sales/ revenue.
With our large email subscriber list (approx. 60k), partners and aliates; we have the
capacity to sell a reasonable number of products. If you are interested, we can discuss
the bundle deal, license/ coupon code distribution and schedule a promotion date.
For more information, view our developer FAQ page: http://bundlecult.com/
