2. PhotocopyofPermanentorProvisionalSMC/MCIregistration*,toberetainedbythetest
centreAND
3. AnyoneofthefollowingauthorisedphotoIDs**(mustbeoriginalandnonexpired):

*CandidateswhohaveobtainedtheirPrimaryMedicalQualificationoutsideIndiaanddonothave
SMC/MCIregistrationshouldbringtheiroriginalscreeningtestpasscertificateissuedonNBE

5. Candidatesareadvisedtoacquaintthemselveswiththelocationofthetestcenteronedaypriorto
theexamination.
6. Thisadmitcardissubjecttotheconditionthatifineligibilityisdetectedatanystage,the
candidaturewillbecancelled.
7. Checktheparticularsintheadmitcardcarefully.Error,ifanymaybereportedtoNBE
immediatelyinwritingbyFax/email.
8. NoentrytotestcenterispermittedwithoutAdmitCard.
9. Donotattempttogive/obtainirregularassistanceofanykindduringexamination.Indulgencein
thesameshallinvitepenalaction.Improperconductwillentailexpulsionfromexam.
10. Failuretocomplywiththeseinstructionswillentailregistrationofunfairmeanscaseandactionas
deemedappropriatebyboardshallbetakenincludingbutnotlimitedtocancellationofthecurrent
examinationanddebarmentofcandidatefromfutureexams.
